A note on scope: these four services are the only services Capitalize Sourcing Solutions currently offers. We are working toward employment agency licensing — once that is in place, we will operate as a full employment agency, including direct job placement.

About us
Capitalize Sourcing Solutions was built on a simple idea: most job seekers don't lose opportunities because they lack the experience — they lose them because their resume, their interview, or their next move wasn't positioned well.
Under the direction of Managing Director Mohammed Majidpour, our team works directly with individuals to close that gap — resume by resume, interview by interview, conversation by conversation.
We're candid about where we are today: we currently operate as a career-services firm, not a licensed employment agency. As we complete that licensing, our services will expand to include full placement and sourcing on behalf of employers.
